In Person Personal Training
If you are located within a commutable distance of Wicklow town, I also offer in person personal training. I offer 1:1 and 2:1 training if you and a friend or partner wanted to train together.
You do not have to have any knowledge of the gym or even have stepped inside a gym before to start training with me. I love to take on complete beginners with the aim of eventually building you enough confidence to take on the gym by yourself. I know you may think this is impossible but with small steps in the right direction this is a very achievable goal. If you would like to become a regular client I would be delighted to have you.
If anyone training with me would also like to do some sessions at home or at a different gym, I will also make you a personalised training program to suit whatever your situation requires (even just your body and some open space can be made very challenging).
For each session you complete, you will take some notes of how it went e.g. too long/short, too light/heavy, too hard/easy. Once all the days are completed you will send me on these notes and you will be given your updated program for the following week.
